Join the group's technical teams
On a daily basis, with the support of a support team, you will participate in the maintenance of our clients' infrastructures and in the implementation of their IT projects.
You will intervene and take charge of :
- Support for users at a distance or in direct proximity,
- Management of IT incidents concerning the workstation (PC, printer, smartphone, etc.), according to the defined process, and their escalation in the event of non-resolution,
- Preparation and installation of workstations,
- Analysis and reporting of recurring problems in order to reduce the number of incidents,
- Specific and planned technical operations.
You will be a good listener, have a sense of service, be able to analyse and be rigorous in your interventions.
